Join the O’Halloran Group Team at the 10th NH Duck Drop at Mount Sunapee on Sunday, October 11! Stop by and say hello to our team, then take your ducks for a ride on the Sunapee Express and see if you can land one on the O’Halloran Group target.

This year, we’re sponsoring a “Love Where You Live” prize featuring gift cards to local favorites throughout the Lake Sunapee Region, including Yankee Farmer, Morgan Hill Bookstore, The Elms Restaurant, Flying Goose Brew Pub, Artisans, Blue Loon Bakery and Spring Ledge Farm.

Come aim for our target and you could head home with a prize celebrating some of the local businesses that make this region such a special place to live. Planning to join us? We put together everything you need to know before heading to the NH Duck Drop.

Considering Selling Your Home in the Lake Sunapee Region This Fall?

Our free monthly Home Seller Workshops are designed to help you prepare with practical, easy-to-understand information.

Hosted at Tracy Memorial Library, these sessions cover how to prepare your home for sale, pricing strategies, marketing, and what to expect throughout the selling process. Fall sessions include a focused look at seasonal market patterns, preparing your home for changing buyer activity, and understanding how timing can influence your selling strategy.

Whether you’re just starting to explore selling or planning your next move, these workshops provide helpful guidance so you can better understand your options and next steps. Register for an upcoming session to join us and learn more.
