We worked with Josh Lizotte to find a home in New Hampshire, moving from another state. We had a lot of requirements and wishes and had to stay within a budget. Josh was patient and helpful as we were looking at homes. He clearly explained all the steps in the homebuying process. He was good at returning calls and emails quickly, and always provided us with the information we needed. He had many great suggestions for ways to use spaces within the homes we looked at, as well as ideas for how to make repairs less expensively. He was a valuable resource in understanding what living in NH would be like, what we might need as new homeowners, and as well as giving excellent recommendations for professionals we needed along the way (attorney, home inspector). Once we moved in, he also provided excellent recommendations for other professionals in the area (electrician, plumber, chimney repair). We were very pleased with everyone we used from his list. After the closing, he said we could call any time with questions or for recommendations of other professionals. We would definitely recommend using Josh. His depth of knowledge of homes, regions of NH, and how to work with new homebuyers made the process of searching for a new home enjoyable, and he definitely helped reduce the level of stress we felt during the process. Dan O'Halloran and his team are the best! They were recommended to us by someone in the New London community and we were not disappointed. We had a family home to sell that had 35 years of memories and love embedded in the walls and foundation. Dan and the team understood the difficulty we had of letting go as well as some complicated logistics.
