With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, Jason brings extensive industry knowledge to his role as Transaction Coordinator with O’Halloran Group. A licensed New Hampshire real estate broker since 2005, his career has included working with buyers and sellers across a wide range of transactions, along with roles in transaction management, office administration, and compliance.

Over the course of his career, Jason has worked with residential properties, waterfront homes, condominiums, land, new construction, multi-family properties, commercial properties, and bank-owned properties. His experience also includes roles in transaction management, office administration, and compliance, giving him a strong understanding of the real estate process from beginning to end.

Once a property is under contract, Jason works alongside our agents to help provide a smooth and well-supported experience through closing. His more than 20 years in real estate bring another layer of knowledge and experience to the process, helping clients feel informed and confident about what comes next.

That depth of experience also makes Jason a valuable real estate resource for the people he knows and works with. Jason also appreciates what it means to make a property your own. At home, he has enjoyed creating his own backyard oasis, including an in-ground pool, landscaping, stonework, and other projects that have transformed the space over time.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active. Some of his favorite activities include heading to the beach, hiking, bicycling, swimming, and tackling projects around the house.
