A New Hampshire native who grew up in Newport, Kyle has deep roots in the Sunapee Region and a strong connection to the communities he now serves as a real estate agent. Throughout his career, his work has centered around people, from owning local restaurants and markets to managing food services for a local school district and serving as an outreach liaison for Lake Sunapee Region VNA and Hospice.

Those experiences gave Kyle a strong background in communication, marketing, and helping people navigate important decisions. They also shaped the way he approaches real estate. Kyle takes the time to understand his clients’ priorities and provides clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and the information they need to make informed decisions throughout the buying or selling process.

For Kyle, getting into real estate was an opportunity to continue serving his community in a new way. Having spent much of his life in the area, he brings a firsthand understanding of the Sunapee Region, its communities, and the lifestyle that comes with living here.

When he’s not working, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in the community. Depending on the season, you might find him boating, golfing at Newport Golf Club, attending a local music event, or cheering on his kids at one of their sporting events. He also enjoys woodworking with his son, exploring flea markets and yard sales, and cheering on the New England Patriots.
