September has come to a close in the Sunapee Region and in this post we are going to take a look at local real estate activity. 

We track data on 16 towns surrounding Lake Sunapee and report on them monthly to identify trends and current events. In September there were a total of 73 closings that took place in 14 of the 16 towns we track. [...]

Here in the North Country the summer months have come to a close, but we still have a couple months of warm temperatures and beautiful fall colors ahead of us. In this post we are going to take a look back at August’s real estate!

The heat of August has matched the blazing number of home sales, showing the biggest month-to-month jump yet this year up to 71. This is an increase from 54 sales in July and despite this big increase the other data points have not changed significantly reinforcing trends through the year. Click here to read more.

As summer has reached its peak months here in the North Country we are going to take a look back at July real estate activity. 

Thankfully the month of July brought an increased number of sales, 58 in July versus 49 in June. This is a welcome increase and also tops last July’s sales which were 56. Click here to read more about July's real estate activity.
