May has turned to June and we are now officially in summer in the North Country. In this blog post we are going to review the June sales stats and local real estate trends. Click here to read on.
As summer is officially underway in the Sunapee Region we are going to take a look back local single family home sales.
June has brought the most sales of any month so far this year, up from 47 in May to now 59 in June. This lags June of last year by 9 closings, but exceeds the sales prices of last year. Click here to read on.

May 2022 has wrapped up in the North Country and we have entered the summer months finally. In this post we are going to take a look back home sales for the area.
May brought an increase of home sales, up from 34 closings in April to 44 in May and the median days on the market has increased to 7. Click here to read on.
As May turns to June, we are looking back at single family home sales within the Sunapee region.
Last month there were 47 closings, which is less than 1 less than the same month in 2020, but the slowest May since 2012 and median sale prices have dipped slightly. Click here to read on.
As April has come to a close in the North Country we are taking a look back on the local home sales for the month.
April brought good news for interested buyers, the number of sales has increased while the median sale price has decreased. In March there were 26 closings which rose to 34 in the month. Click here to read on!
As we celebrate the first full month of spring in 2022, Sunapee Region sales are beginning to pick up. This month we saw 41 closings within the 16 towns that comprise the Sunapee Region. This is an increase from 36 in March, and bring the year-to-date total to 136. Click here to see the post.
