May 2022 has wrapped up in the North Country and we have entered the summer months finally. In this post we are going to take a look back home sales for the area.

May brought an increase of home sales, up from 34 closings in April to 44 in May and the median days on the market has increased to 7. Click here to read on.

As May turns to June, we are looking back at single family home sales within the Sunapee region. 

Last month there were 47 closings, which is less than 1 less than the same month in 2020, but the slowest May since 2012 and median sale prices have dipped slightly. Click here to read on.

As April has come to a close in the North Country we are taking a look back on the local home sales for the month. 

April brought good news for interested buyers, the number of sales has increased while the median sale price has decreased. In March there were 26 closings which rose to 34 in the month. Click here to read on!

As we celebrate the first full month of spring in 2022, Sunapee Region sales are beginning to pick up. This month we saw 41 closings within the 16 towns that comprise the Sunapee Region. This is an increase from 36 in March, and bring the year-to-date total to 136. Click here to see the post.

March in the North Country has come to a close, and in this blog post we are going to review the monthly sales stats. 

The month added 26 sales to the bring the YTD total to 70. Similar to the Sunapee Region the seasonality of real estate should be coming out of hibernation soon and we look forward to more properties hitting the market this spring!

2022 is off to a good start in the North Country despite sales lagging previous years, but the median sales price has been quite high. 

February saw 20 sales, down from 24 in January. The median sale price jumped from $307,500 in January to $331,500 in February. Click here to read more.
