Here in the North Country the summer months have come to a close, but we still have a couple months of warm temperatures and beautiful fall colors ahead of us. In this post we are going to take a look back at August’s real estate!

The heat of August has matched the blazing number of home sales, showing the biggest month-to-month jump yet this year up to 71. This is an increase from 54 sales in July and despite this big increase the other data points have not changed significantly reinforcing trends through the year. Click here to read more.
