As the official summer months are behind us, we are going to look back at Sunapee Region real estate activity for September in this post. 

Some rejoicing is due for buyers as there were 57 sales which is still quite high. Pricing showed variability from their list price, and we explore individual transactions.

It’s hard to believe but we are now more than halfway through the summer months. Historically this is the busiest time of the real estate year, and in this post, we will look deeper at Sunapee Region home sales.

As the first 6 months of 2023 close out, the median sales price for the Sunapee Region sits at $417,250 up from $365,000 for the same time period in 2022. The total number of homes sold in our region since January 1 is 164, down 78 sales from 2022. Read our June Market Report here.

This post provide home sales data for the New Hampshire towns of Hanover, Lebanon, Enfield, Plainfield and Lyme. All towns located in the Upper Valley Region have seen a steady increase in the median sales and average sales prices, as well as a significant decrease in the average days on market (DOM).
