It’s hard to believe but we are now more than halfway through the summer months. Historically this is the busiest time of the real estate year, and in this post, we will look deeper at Sunapee Region home sales.

As the first 6 months of 2023 close out, the median sales price for the Sunapee Region sits at $417,250 up from $365,000 for the same time period in 2022. The total number of homes sold in our region since January 1 is 164, down 78 sales from 2022. Read our June Market Report here.
In this month’s post we are going to review single family home sales during May that occurred within the Sunapee Region.
They say April showers bring May flowers and here in the Sunapee region, we are hoping that holds true this month! In this post, we are going to take a look back at the local real estate activity and see how 2023 is shaping up.

This post provide home sales data for the New Hampshire towns of Hanover, Lebanon, Enfield, Plainfield and Lyme. All towns located in the Upper Valley Region have seen a steady increase in the median sales and average sales prices, as well as a significant decrease in the average days on market (DOM).
