September single family home sales in the Lake Sunapee Region were up significantly compared to September 2019. As in other parts of New Hampshire, homes newly listed on the market are continuing to go under contract quickly, causing much stress for many looking to buy. August 2020 single-family homes sales came in at a total of 88 sales. This is down by five from August 2019 which had 93 home sales. Both the median list price and the median sales price significantly increased from 2019.
