The numbers are in for the first week of April 2020. As you'll see in this post, the trend of more homes going under contract compared to 2019 continues. At the same time, new listing inventory is down 50% compared the first week of April in 2019. Check out the comparison here!

This March the Lake Sunapee Region had 51 home sales with a median list price of $274,900 and a median sales price of $267,250. That’s a $35,000 increase in list price and a $39,000 increase in sales price from March of 2019. Average Days on Market decreased from 104 in March 2019 to 81 in 2020.
