Total home sales for the Lake Sunapee Region in the month of April came in at 45 bringing the cumulative sales to 173 for 2020. The median sales price was $235,000 ($5,000 above April 2019) and the average Days on Market (DOM) for the month was 103. Although the DOM seems high, we are seeing a lot of old inventory go under contract and close. At the same time, we are watching new to the market homes go under contract quickly, sometimes within only a few days of when they are listed.
