December 2022 has come to an end and now we have officially started 2023. In this post we are going to look back at the month’s real estate activity in the Sunapee Region. 

The month brought us a rather slow pace of 35 closings. This is down from 51 in November, and has been the slowest December since 2011!

2023 has arrived in the North Country and in this post we are going to review December closings, and the 2022 real estate trends. 

In December there were 35 closings in the North Country which is down from November, but reflects the seasonality of real estate.
