Inventory locally and statewide is finally showing signs of improvement. For the majority of this year, there have been less than 950 single family homes* available for sale. At the writing of this post, there were over 1,386 single family homes for sale in New Hampshire with a median list price of $630,000. Read the full report here.

Closing out the first quarter of 2021 Sunapee Region real estate sales, the median sale price continues to exceed previous years, but number of homes sold is lower than past years.
