Closing out the first quarter of 2021 Sunapee Region real estate sales, the median sale price continues to exceed previous years, but number of homes sold is lower than past years. This September, home sales totaled 76 and were up by 5 transactions compared to September 2017. Year-to-date, 501 properties have sold in the Lake Sunapee Region and the median sales price is $245,000.
