This was an expedited procedure as the sellers had an open house on Labor Day and wanted to review offers by the following morning. I had only met Anne Marie once but felt we had great rapport. In a bit of a panic, I called her that evening asking her to represent me as a buyer.

Even though Anne Marie was returning from a weekend away, she started making calls as she traveled back to gather information and have conversations with the sellers’ agents. Early the next morning, we had a conversation and she put together a plan that I was comfortable with. She managed to get the offer in by 9 am the following morning and have it considered with over 20+ other offers. I would not have thought to structure an offer in the manner she did and probably would have lost my opportunity to buy the house.

The offer was accepted and Anne Marie set up all of the inspections and continued to have conversations with the sellers’ agents. Even the walkthrough and signing were very happy occasions.
