We recently sold our home and purchased a new one with the O'Halloran Group and were extremely pleased with what felt like a deeply personalized experience. We needed to sell our home because we have small children and we had outgrown it. We told both Anne Marie Appel and Dan O'Halloran that we were going to be tricky clients because we, quite frankly, knew what we wanted and hadn't seen it on the market yet. Anne Marie helped us through the process with a cool and confident demeanor that helped ease my anxieties. She walked us through every step of the process and asked great questions. I interviewed a few realtors before choosing OHG, but I knew I wanted them after five minutes. They were the only ones who told us that we had a lovely home and left with us feeling comfortable and confident. Our adventure was stressful. We sold our home quickly but finding our new home was not easy. Anne Marie knew, at each house she showed us, what we felt. She called me to check in, and talk about new houses on the market, and she called every other realtor in our region to see if new options were preparing to get listed. We had a suitable living clause in our sales agreement, and were running out of time to find a new home. She remained calm and worked tirelessly to create a plan and a backup plan for us. We finally found our new home, submitted an offer, and absolutely hit the floor when we heard that it was accepted. We've been in our new home now for nearly a month and we're so pleased, even with all the stress, that we had OHG at our side through this process. Always choose a realtor who makes you feel good. Jason was very supportive and patiently answered all our questions related to our home purchase. Josh Lizotte was integral to my family getting settled here in the Kearsarge region for our first house, but then when we realized that our current home wasn't meeting our family's needs, he helped us find a much more ideal location just a year later. If I could give the O'Halloran Group more than five stars, I would! Dan, Brandy, and the whole team were just phenomenal to work with. They are professional and responsive and really great at what they do.
