Total home sales for the Lake Sunapee Region totaled 37 for the month of February bringing cumulative sales to 77 for the year. The median sales price was $240,000. Home sales are up slightly from February 2019 where we saw 35 sales with a median sold price of $218,000. This January, home sales in the Lake Sunapee Region totaled 40! That’s 16 more sales compared to January 2019, and a record high since we began collecting homes sales data in 2005. The median sales price did slip down from $259,875 in 2019 to $242,000, and the average days on market clocked in at 92. Grantham saw the most home sales with seven homes sold. Learn more.
