Following February trends, March remained a slow month for real estate activity in the Lake Sunapee Region. There were 27 single-family homes sales contributing to a year-to-date total of 80 sales. As the first 6 months of 2023 close out, the median sales price for the Sunapee Region sits at $417,250 up from $365,000 for the same time period in 2022. The total number of homes sold in our region since January 1 is 164, down 78 sales from 2022. Read our June Market Report here.
