It’s no surprise that the 2019 housing market is another one for the books. Following a strong 2018 where we saw a record-breaking median sales price of $282,500 in New Hampshire, 2019 is showing equally notable stats coming in with a median sales price of $300,000, year-to-date as of November. Of course, December sales will impact that number, but it prompted us to take a deeper dive into historical homes sales data.
