New Hampshire Real Estate Market Update
As of the end of November, 16,626 residential properties have sold across New Hampshire, including 11,357 single-family homes, 3,942 condos, and 1,327 mobile homes. The median sold price for single-family homes remained at $540,000, while the median list price was slightly lower at $535,000. Average and median days on market were 29 and 9, respectively.
As of December 5, there were 2,004 single-family homes for sale across the state. That figure is down from 2,415 last month. Including condos and mobile homes, the total number of active residential listings stood at 2,985.

Sunapee Region Real Estate Market Update
In November, 43 single-family homes sold in the Sunapee Region. The median list price for the month was $595,000, while the median sold price came in at $580,000. From January through November, 497 single-family homes have sold across the region. Including 52 condos and 20 mobile homes, the total number of residential properties sold year to date is 569. The median list price for single-family homes during this period was $515,000, with a median sold price of $507,500. Homes went under contract in an average of 34 days, with a median of 11.
As of December 5, there were 78 single-family homes actively listed for sale in the Sunapee Region. Including condos and mobile homes, there were 90 total residential listings.This reflects a slight decrease from November and aligns with the seasonal slowdown we typically see across New Hampshire.
