A: 12 years. It’s been an incredible decade plus of helping people navigate this unique market.
Q: What’s your favorite thing about helping people buy or sell in the Lake Sunapee Region?
A: My favorite part is helping people make confident decisions. Real estate in the Lake Sunapee Region can be complex, whether it is waterfront, land, vacation homes, or forever homes. I enjoy helping clients understand the full picture so they can move forward knowing they are making a smart decision for their future.
Q: What's one piece of advice you would give to first-time homebuyers?
A: Understand your full financial picture before you start looking at homes. This starts by getting in contact with a LOCAL lender. Many first-time buyers focus on the purchase price or what they are approved for, but the real question is what monthly cost fits comfortably in your life. That includes taxes, insurance, utilities, and maintenance. When you know that number, you can shop with confidence and make decisions that support your long term financial stability.

A: I recently reread Shantaram. If you’ve never heard of it, I highly recommend checking it out. The audiobook is very well done, too.

A: The Maine beaches in the summer.

A: It is hard to beat being on a boat on a calm day on any of our local bodies of water.
Q: Best local spot for summer shopping?
A: Local farmers markets, for sure!
Q: Sunrise hike or sunset patio dinner—which is your vibe?
A: Sunset patio dinner.
Q: Favorite local summer event or festival to attend?
A: It’s hard to pick just one! Hospital Days and the Craftsmen's Fair usually coincide in early August. Also, you can never go wrong with live music in Sunapee Harbor.
Q: What’s your favorite outdoor spot to unwind after work in the summer?
A: On my dock with my family and the dogs.
