Sunapee Region Home Sales - February 2026

New Hampshire Real Estate Market Update – January through February 2026
This update reviews the latest New Hampshire housing market data for 2026, including sales activity, pricing trends, and days on market.

Through the first two months of 2026, 1,840 residential properties have sold across New Hampshire, including 1,208 single-family homes, 484 condos, and 148 mobile homes. The median list price for single-family homes was $536,000, while the median sold price came in at $530,000. Homes went under contract in an average of 45 days, with a median of 21 days.

As of March 9, there were 1,302 single-family homes actively listed for sale across New Hampshire.



Sunapee Region Real Estate Market Update

In February, 16 single-family homes sold in the Sunapee Region. The median list price for the month was $365,000, while the median sold price came in higher at $381,000. Homes spent an average of 54 days on the market, with a median of 27 days. Curious what sold in the Sunapee Region this November? Take a look at the full list of single-family home sales.

Year to date, 39 single-family homes have sold across the Sunapee Region. Including condos and mobile homes, a total of 47 residential properties have sold so far in 2026.

For single-family homes sold this year, the median list price was $475,000 and the median sold price was $480,000. Homes took an average of 63 days to go under contract, with a median of 30 days.

As of March 9, there were 55 single-family homes actively listed for sale in the Sunapee Region.
