Q: How many years have you been in Real Estate?
A: 21 years this June! It has been an incredible journey watching both the market and our community continue to grow and evolve over the years.
Q: What’s your favorite thing about helping people buy or sell in the Lake Sunapee Region?
A: What I love most is the impact we get to have in people’s lives through real estate. Every client and every situation is different, which is what makes this business so rewarding. From first time buyers experiencing the excitement of purchasing their very first home, to seasoned investors where we break down the data and create a winning strategy, every transaction has a unique story behind it. I also enjoy helping vacation buyers achieve their dream of owning a piece of this incredible area we are lucky enough to call home, and helping retirees transition into homes that better fit the next chapter of their lives. On the seller’s side, there is nothing better than creating a strategy to position a home for success and seeing our clients excited when everything comes together.
Q: What’s one piece of advice you would give to first time homebuyers?
A: Buy a multi family! Your first home is rarely your forever home, and if you focus on purchasing a multi family property first, it has the potential to help pay for your forever home down the road.

A: The Flying Goose Brewpub
Q: Ice cream flavor that never disappoints?
A: Häagen Dazs vanilla with chocolate covered almonds. So good!

A: It is hard to pick just one. A few favorites are Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara, Captivate by Vanessa Van Edwards, and Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek. Podcast wise, I regularly listen to The Diary of a CEO and the MREA Podcast.
Q: Favorite New England day trip (outside of the immediate area)?
A: Pepperrell Cove in Kittery or escaping to the White Mountains. Mount Lafayette is one of my favorites.
Q: Favorite spot to be on the water?
A: Paddle boarding on Pleasant Lake.
Q: Best local spot for summer shopping?
A: The Sunapee and Wilmot Farmers Markets.
Q: Sunrise hike or sunset patio dinner, which is your vibe?
A: I am a morning person, so why not both?
Q: Favorite local summer event or festival to attend?
A: Meet the Chamber Night during Hospital Days. It is always so much fun seeing more than 50 local businesses come together under the tent for a good time.
Q: What’s your favorite outdoor spot to unwind after work in the summer?
A: Paddling out to Blueberry Island on Pleasant Lake and drifting back to the boat launch, or hopping on my bike for a fun route that goes around Pleasant and Kezar Lakes!
