Following February trends, March remained a slow month for real estate activity in the Lake Sunapee Region. There were 27 single-family homes sales contributing to a year-to-date total of 80 sales. Closing out the first quarter of 2021 Sunapee Region real estate sales, the median sale price continues to exceed previous years, but number of homes sold is lower than past years. This September, home sales totaled 76 and were up by 5 transactions compared to September 2017. Year-to-date, 501 properties have sold in the Lake Sunapee Region and the median sales price is $245,000.
