This post provide home sales data for the New Hampshire towns of Hanover, Lebanon, Enfield, Plainfield and Lyme. All towns located in the Upper Valley Region have seen a steady increase in the median sales and average sales prices, as well as a significant decrease in the average days on market (DOM). 2022 is off to a good start in the North Country despite sales lagging previous years, but the median sales price has been quite high.
