While April can be a nice exit from winter, the weather really doesn't start to improve until May and we are finally here! Following February trends, March remained a slow month for real estate activity in the Lake Sunapee Region. There were 27 single-family homes sales contributing to a year-to-date total of 80 sales. The median sales price for March came in at $460,000, bringing the cumulative median sales price for 2024 to $414,000. Click to read more!

March 16 – 17 is New Hampshire Maple weekend. Although sugaring takes place as long as the weather allows, Maple weekend is when many of the sugar houses, and surrounding businesses host special events.
