Here is a look at the annual sales data for Sunapee Region towns within Sullivan County. Similar data is available for Merrimack County which can be found here.

As the first 6 months of 2023 close out, the median sales price for the Sunapee Region sits at $417,250 up from $365,000 for the same time period in 2022. The total number of homes sold in our region since January 1 is 164, down 78 sales from 2022. Read our June Market Report here.

Inventory locally and statewide is finally showing signs of improvement. For the majority of this year, there have been less than 950 single family homes* available for sale. Closing out the first quarter of 2021 Sunapee Region real estate sales, the median sale price continues to exceed previous years, but number of homes sold is lower than past years. This September, home sales totaled 76 and were up by 5 transactions compared to September 2017. Year-to-date, 501 properties have sold in the Lake Sunapee Region and the median sales price is $245,000.
