Kyle brings a fresh perspective and plenty of enthusiasm for an industry that is constantly evolving. Drawn to real estate by the opportunity to be part of the growth happening in local communities, he's looking forward to building relationships and helping people navigate their real estate journeys.
With a love for golf, skiing, boating and just about anything outdoors, Kyle appreciates the variety of experiences that make the Lake Sunapee Region such a great place to call home. We're happy to have him as part of our team, and we thought it would be fun to help you get to know him a little better!
Q: What made you decide to get into real estate?
A: Real estate is ever-changing, which keeps it exciting. I love that it is always changing for the benefit of communities, and I want to be a part of that change.
Q: What drew you to the O'Halloran Group?
A: The biggest draw was the sense of family and support. Having a team around me that values those things was really important.
Q: What do you enjoy most about living or working in the Lake Sunapee Region?
A: I love the diverse opportunities! From skiing and golfing to boating and outdoor adventures. There is always something to do, no matter the season.
Q: What was your very first job?
A: Golf course range picker!
Q: Tell us a little about your family and pets.
A: My parents live in Florida most of the year, and my sister lives in Newport. No pets!
Q: What do you like to do when you're not working?
A: I like to play golf, travel and spend time with my children.
Q: What's one place that's on your travel bucket list?
A: Italy! It's definitely a place I'd love to visit.
Q: Favorite New Hampshire restaurant?
A: Surf in Portsmouth, NH.
Q: What's your usual coffee order?
A: Large iced coffee, even in the winter!
Q: If someone had one free day in the Lake Sunapee Region, how would you tell them to spend it?
A: Explore the local lakes, mountains and trails. There are so many great places to get outside and enjoy the area.
Q: Ice cream flavor that never disappoints?
A: Pistachio!
Q: What's your go-to comfort food once the weather gets colder?
A: It's never too cold for the grill!
Q: Skiing, snowshoeing or après-ski: where are we most likely to find you this winter?
A: Après-ski!
Q: Morning person or night owl?
A: Morning person!
